Job Overview - We are an established, growing tech business with three successful stores across Essex. As part of our exciting expansion, we are launching a brand-new branch in and are seeking an ambitious, trustworthy, and independent individual to run this location completely on their own.You do not need to be a fully qualified technician to apply. We provide full, comprehensive training on all technical repairs and business systems. About Us We are a one-stop shop for all smart technology. Our core business revolves around:
- Buy & Sell: Trading new, used, and refurbished tech devices.
- Repairs: Fixing all models of mobile phones, computers, laptops, and tablets.
- Accessories: Stocking and selling premium accessories for all smart devices.
Key Responsibilities As the sole operator of the Canning Town branch, you will handle the complete ecosystem of the shop:
- Daily Operations: Opening and closing the shop, managing cash/card terminal reconciliations, and maintaining a clean, welcoming storefront.
- Sales & Customer Service: Greeting customers, advising on gadget purchases, buying in devices safely, and selling our wide range of accessories.
- Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, organising the stockroom, placing restock orders, and ensuring high-value tech inventory is accurately logged.
- Tech Repairs: Conducting diagnostics and repairing mobile phones, tablets, and laptops (screen replacements, battery swaps, software fixes, etc.) after completing your full training.
- Store Maintenance: Ensuring the shop remains organized, visually appealing, secure, and compliant with standard retail guidelines.
