About the Role
As Head of Delivery, you will oversee the end-to-end planning, coordination and quality assurance of our educational programmes and training provision.
You will ensure programmes are delivered professionally, efficiently and on schedule whilst leading teams, managing operational priorities and identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes. You will play a central role in ensuring learners, employers and stakeholders receive an outstanding experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the operational delivery of educational programmes and training portfolios, ensuring provision is delivered smoothly, professionally and to agreed timescales.
- Line manage, coach and develop coordination and training teams, promoting accountability, engagement and high performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, schools, businesses and external agencies to support effective engagement and seamless delivery.
- Uphold educational standards, embed safeguarding practices and ensure all provision complies with relevant regulatory and legal requirements.
- Identify operational risks, resolve delivery challenges and implement improvements using data-driven insights and performance information.
- Coordinate resources and priorities effectively to ensure learners receive a consistently positive experience throughout their journey.

Key Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in programme or event delivery, within education, ideally built environment / electrical.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, monitor timelines and balance multiple priorities.
- Demonstrable experience leading, mentoring and developing teams, conducting performance reviews and driving performance improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate, negotiate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to remain organised and effective within a changing environment.
