We are Third Space Leisure — an independent brunch and specialty coffee group with three sites across Northern Ireland: Canteen on Ormeau Road, Belfast, Boardwalk Social in Bangor, and Boardwalk Social in Donaghadee. This is a multi-site role, meaning you'll be working across all three of our locations as part of a close-knit group team.
We use Never A Days Trouble as our coffee supplier and source from brilliant local food producers for our brunch menus. Delicious coffees, beautiful brunches, and making our customers feel at home is what we're all about. Our aim is to put hospitality back into the hospitality industry! The pace is fast, the vibe is fun, and we live for brunch.

What we need from you:
- A positive, can-do attitude at all times
- High standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness across all three sites
- A great eye for detail when plating food — we believe people eat with their eyes first
- Flexibility to move between Ormeau Road, Bangor, and Donaghadee as the rota requires
- The ability to adapt quickly and hit the ground running in different kitchen environments

Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
