£12.75 to £13.50 p/hour
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.30pm and Friday 8.00am to 2.00pm
OVERTIME: Regular Overtime (at 1.5 rate and 2.0 rate)
HOLIDAYS: 25 Days Paid Holidays, plus Bank Holidays

The Opportunity
No previous fabrication experience is essential.
We are looking for individuals with the right attitude, willingness to learn and strong work ethic. Through our structured training programme, you will develop into a multi-skilled sheet metal fabricator capable of operating a variety of manufacturing processes.
Training will include exposure to:-
- Press Brake
- CNC Punch
- Fibre Laser
- Guillotine
- Assembly
- Routing
- General sheet metal fabrication
- Engineering drawings and quality inspection
Your development will follow a structured training programme with regular competency reviews and clear opportunities for career and salary progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Work safely at all times and comply with all company Health & Safety procedures.
- Learn and develop across multiple fabrication processes.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Produce components to the required quality standards.
- Carry out quality checks on completed work.
- Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards.
- Work effectively as part of the production team.
- Support continuous improvement throughout the factory.
- Undertake any reasonable duties requested by your Supervisor or Manager.

Previous manufacturing or engineering experience is advantageous but is not essential, as full training will be provided for the right individual.
