At Butlers Bar103, our Door Supervisors are more than just security—they're the first impression of our venue and an integral part of the customer experience.
We're looking for confident, approachable, and professional individuals who take pride in delivering outstanding customer service in (sometimes) quite a lively setting - while maintaining a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for everyone, You will work within a multi-disciplinary team - alongside the Police and city partners in the City

A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence is essential, ongoing training is available.
