Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations within our busy establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality, and leading a motivated team. Duties
- Manage and supervise all restaurant operations, including front-of-house.
- Lead, motivate, and organise staff to deliver excellent customer service and efficient service flow.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and health & safety policies.
- Coordinate staff scheduling, training programmes, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control efficiently.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff on food production and presentation standards.
- Maintain a welcoming environment that promotes teamwork and hospitality excellence.
Skills
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to lead diverse groups effectively.
- Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, culinary techniques, and food safety protocols.
- Familiarity with food production processes and kitchen operations.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Exceptional leadership qualities combined with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in serving customers in a hospitality setting is desirable.
- Knowledge of hotel or barista experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and high standards of service delivery.

Pay: £32,000.00-£37,500.00 per year
