About the role
Trilbys is looking for a new barber in our busy Pack lane shop. You must be confident and have experience in all aspects of Men's hairdressing and barbering including layering and skin fades. Any Ladies hairdressing is welcome but not essential.
With the shop open Mon-Sat. Sunday is one day off followed by another day in the week of your choosing.
About Trilbys
Trilbys is a family run Barbers and Hairdressers est in 1991. Starting with one shop in an alleyway in the town centre. Trilbys is now the largest Barbers and Hairdressers in the region with 5 shops spread throughout the town and the immediate surrounding areas. The company is run and owned by the same family of Barbers ensuring our standards are always kept high.
The Pack lane shop
Pack lane is one of our busiest shops having been our first shop opened out of the town centre in 2017. It is located in one of the more affluent areas of Basingstoke. Our client base is extremely diverse as we cut everyone from young to old and everything in-between, including many professionals who pop in now many work from home. The shop usually has 3-5 barbers in each day. The shop has free parking located outside and behind.
Earnings
We operate a self employed chair rental pay structure. You get a % of everything you take. Being a busy shop we have awaiting customers so there is no need to bring a client base with you however any you have are welcome. You can expect to earn in the range of £500-£800 depending on speed and experience.
As we operate a % based pay there is no fixed rents so there are no costs if you are sick or on holiday.
