Warehouse H&S Coordinator
We’re seeking a dedicated Warehouse Health & Safety Coordinator to ensure our warehouse operates safely and in compliance with all regulations. You’ll support a culture of safety, conduct audits, and work closely with managers and teams to maintain the highest H&S standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitor compliance with health & safety legislation.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Investigate incidents and near misses.
- Deliver training and toolbox talks.
- Promote a positive safety culture across the warehouse.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent)
- Knowledge of UK health & safety legislation
- Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or operational H&S role
- Able to carry out audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Experience investigating incidents and near misses
- Confident delivering training and toolbox talks
Desirable
- NEBOSH Diploma or working towards
- IOSH membership
- Experience promoting a positive safety culture in a fast-paced environment

Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
