We have a team of contracted and casual employment support workers within Enable who support people with disabilities into employment and related activities in Shropshire. This involves job coaching people entering employment or supporting them to develop skills required for independent travel. It also involves developing a wide range of positive relationships with employers, employment services and social care and health services.
We are now looking to appoint a contracted employment support worker into the team to work in Herefordshire from October 2026 for 20 hours per week, college term time only.
We want to appoint someone who is flexible and committed and has experience of supporting people with disabilities.
