Job Title: Payouts Administrator
Location: Chesterfield, Thompson Close
Salary: £27,976 + non contractual performance related bonus of c£2,000+ per annum.
Contract Type: Permanent, 40hrs per week
Working hours: Monday – Sunday rota *Weekend working required*
Shift/rota basis: Alternative weeks (WK 1 8:30am start, WK2 10.30am start) with one weekend day every week.

The team
The payouts team provide an essential link between customers and funders and work with a range of internal teams to facilitate loan payments being processed quickly, efficiently and to the highest level of quality standards.
The role
As a Payouts Administrator you will be responsible for completing all required final checks before funds are released to a customer as part of their automotive finance agreement. Day-to-day you will take ownership of customer cases and accurately administer a variety of systems and databases, obtain and upload documents and work diligently with a range of funders terms & conditions. The role will require you to communicate frequently with customers and funders (via telephone and email) to confirm details, solve issues and progress loan payments in a timely manner.

Skills, experience and outlook you will need to demonstrate
- Proactive – seeks ownership of customer issues through to completion.
- Strong & professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills including MS Word & Outlook and previous experience of using a CRM.
- Able to work collaboratively across teams to ensure full resolution to customer issues.
- Previous experience of achieving customer focussed targets / SLAs.
