About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on individual to join our team in a varied and interesting role combining e-commerce website work and manual stock processing.
This is a split role (50:50):
- Working on our new Shopify website listing jewellery items and processing sales
- Processing and preparing jewellery and stock for retail
Responsibilities include:
E-commerce (50%):
- Upload/manage products, descriptions, pricing
- Photograph and upload items
- Maintain listings and assist with website updates and processing orders.
Jewellery Stock Processing (50%):
- Process incoming stock and transfers
- Prepare items for sale
- Apply pricing mark-ups
- Handle and value jewellery including identifying gold hallmarks
Requirements:
- Some Shopify or e-commerce experience essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with digital and manual work
- Practical and organised
Desirable:
- Jewellery knowledge (hallmarks, diamonds)
- Retail/stock experience
- Previous Shopify experience including photography/editing skills
Help us build the next chapter of our luxury jewellery and watch business - from launching our new Shopify store to preparing and processing beautiful jewellery for sale online and across our 11 branches. If you are commercially minded, digitally confident and passionate about jewellery with some previous Shopify / website experience, especially in the jewellery sector, we would love to hear from you!
Pay: Up to £26,000.00 per year
