We are seeking a reliable and organised Spare Parts Co-ordinator to join our team in Polegate and play a key role in ensuring the right parts are available when our engineers and clients need them.
The Role
You will be responsible for the efficient management and co-ordination of spare parts across our operations. This is a practical, hands-on role that directly supports the delivery of reliable service to critical sites, helping minimise downtime and keep projects on track.

- Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, usage and part locations
- Assisting with paperwork and documentation linked to parts orders and movements
- Supporting the wider team with general co-ordination tasks related to parts and materials as required
About You
You will be well-organised, methodical and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and responsiveness matter. Strong attention to detail, good communication skills and the ability to prioritise under pressure are essential. Previous experience in spare parts, stores, inventory control or a similar co-ordination role (ideally within engineering, mechanical services, HVAC or critical infrastructure) would be advantageous. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn the specific requirements of data centre and critical cooling systems will be highly valued.
