The Role:
We have a fantastic opportunity available in our Sales Client Services team. This is primarily an office-based role where exceptional communication and organisational skills are essential. You will be a key player in building trust and strong relationships with clients.
Duties include:
- Handling inbound and outbound telephone calls.
- Arranging property viewings and valuations.
- Maintaining regular contact with current and sometimes previous clients.
- Providing excellent customer service and helping to build client relationships.
