We are recruiting a Yard Sales Adviser to join the successful and supportive team at our branch in Bangor .
The Yard Sales Advisor plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of the yard and delivering a positive customer experience. As one of the first points of contact for customers, you will help create a welcoming and efficient environment while ensuring the yard remains safe, organised and well stocked.

What will I be doing?
Welcoming customers in a friendly and professional way, supporting with product enquiries
Safely loading and unloading vehicles, and preparing customer orders for collection or delivery
Operating forklifts and handling equipment in line with safety procedures
Supporting stock management, including replenishment and stock counts
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised yard environment
Working with the branch team to support sales, service and operational targets •
Completing health and safety checks and required training •
Representing the business positively and supporting our values of Decency, Passion and Pride •
Carrying out any other reasonable duties to support the wider team and business
Hours of Work
Full-time: 41.5 hours per week. Flexible working hours/patterns will be considered.
Branch opening hours are: Mon - Thurs 07.30 - 17.00, Fri 07.30 - 16.00 and Sat 08.00 - 12.00.
What do we need from you?
Experience in a similar or trade-related environment (helpful but not essential)
A forklift licence, or willingness to be trained
A strong awareness of health and safety practices
Good communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude
A team-focused approach and pride in your work
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
