Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
- Monitor alcohol consumption to promote responsible drinking.
- Manage cash register operations, process payments accurately, and handle transactions with integrity
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure all ingredients and tools are readily available for service
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, creating a lively atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
- Help with daily cleaning duties.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting with excellent communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing inventory levels

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
