Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Event Stewards to ensure the safety, security, and smooth operation of various events. This role involves engaging with guests, managing crowd control, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, a friendly demeanour, and experience in hospitality or guest services. Duties
- Manage key static positions
- Monitor event areas to ensure safety and security of attendees
- Manage crowd control, guiding guests and preventing overcrowding
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns, providing exceptional guest services
- Enforce event policies and procedures to maintain order
- Collaborate with event staff and management to coordinate activities effectively
- Assist with logistical tasks such as setting up or dismantling equipment as required
- Maintain a visible presence throughout the event to promote a safe environment
Experience
- Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential
- Experience working in busy environments with diverse groups of people is advantageous
- A friendly, approachable manner combined with professional conduct is vital for success in this role
We will need proof of I.D. Either driving license or Passport
