Lead a team that makes a real difference to children's development every single day. This deputy manager role puts you at the heart of delivering exceptional early years education in our homely, caring environment for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.
You will work alongside our Nursery's Manager to maintain high quality education and care. Your leadership will inspire the team and create positive outcomes for the children in our community.
1. Motivated by the desire to help children develop, you will be part of a team providing and maintaining high quality education and care for children from birth to 5 years.
2. The post holder will provide a warm and welcoming environment within the Nursery where young children and their families can feel valued and obtain positive help and support.
3. Part of the Nursery management team you will provide leadership within the setting, setting a positive example to childcare practitioners, and working closely with the Nursery Manager to ensure good practice.
4. Responsibility towards the promotion and practice of safeguarding the welfare of children that you come into contact with.
