You’ll coordinate between customers and our skilled technicians to deliver efficient, transparent, and friendly service that keeps vehicles running smoothly and customers coming back. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Clearly explain recommended services, repairs, and maintenance options to customers
- Upsell additional services or products that enhance vehicle performance and customer satisfaction
- Prepare detailed work orders and documentation to ensure accurate communication with technicians
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and keep customers informed about progress
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with vehicle systems is preferred but not essential
- Ability to effectively upsell services while maintaining transparency and trust
- Experience in cash handling and basic point-of-sale procedures
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey technical information to customers of all backgrounds
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine desire to assist customers
