Part Time - 18.5 hrs per week, Permanent
We are looking for applicants to work in a small but busy finance team within the Home Finding and Partnerships Service within Children's Services. The Home Finding and Partnerships Service is responsible for identifying and commisioning homes for children in care, such as fostering or Children's Homes
This 18.5 hour job share role involves, in its most basic form, reconcililing, querying and paying invoices to external providers who provide these services to Bristol City Council. The role is dynamic and varied with an emphasis on investigating and resolving queries.
You will have experience working with invoices, can work well with other colleagues to resolve queries and issues.
You will be organised, with a good basic knowlege of using excel and have great communication and customer service skills.
