Job Title: Trade Counter Sales Assistant
Location: Sheffix Ltd, Builders Ironmongery Supplies, near Sheffield town centre
Duties:
- Manage trade counter sales and respond to telephone enquiries
- Handle goods and perform key cutting
- Engage with customers both face-to-face and via phone
- Assist with physical lifting as required
Requirements:
- Strong communication and numeracy skills
- Proficient keyboard skills with attention to accuracy
- GCSE grades A-C in Maths and English
- Ability to engage effectively with contractors and tradesmen, including a good sense of humour
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Salary:
- Salary in accordance with National Minimum Wage and National Living Wage rates
