Night Shift Commercial Fleet Service & Maintenance Technician
Location: Haslingden (or surrounding area - Preston, Warrington, Stockport, Rochdale, Manchester)
Shift pattern: Night Shift 20:00-08:00 , 4 on 3 off shift rotation
Salary: £40k Basic - OTE £50-£60k

The Role
BP Rolls Group is seeking a reliable and experienced Night Shift Commercial Fleet Technician to carry out scheduled servicing and maintenance on a dedicated fleet of Iveco, Mercedes and Maxus commercial vehicles based at Client stores across the North West.
You will be provided with a fully equipped BP Rolls mobile service van and all service-specific tools required to complete scheduled maintenance tasks.
You will be self-motivated, dependable and comfortable working independently at night. Accuracy in completing online works completed administration and maintaining compliance standards is essential.
This role focuses on planned servicing & maintenance only — no roadside breakdowns or reactive call-outs.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out scheduled routine servicing on Supermarket home delivery vehicles
- Completing online service sheets accurately for every vehicle serviced
- Working independently at store locations during night shift hours
- Ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer and safety standards
- Maintaining high levels of compliance and accurate digital documentation
- Managing workload efficiently across multiple store locations

What You Must Provide

Essential Requirements
- Minimum Level 2 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Proven experience servicing light commercial vehicles ( minimum 3 years)
- Ability to confidently complete digital service documentation (R2C platform experience advantageous)
- Full UK driving licence
- Comfortable working night shifts
- Good organisational and time management skills
Desirable
- Experience working with Iveco, Mercedes or Maxus vehicles
- Previous mobile technician experience
- Experience working within fleet or supermarket environments
