About the role:
We’re looking for friendly, reliable Bar & Restaurant Staff to join our teams at The Farmers Arms and The Rose & Crown, Ulverston, part of the Chattaway Group – a small, quality-focused family of pubs in Cumbria. We’re looking for someone on a permanent or long-term basis who enjoys working in a busy, well-run pub and being part of a supportive team. Both venues are centrally located in Ulverston, easily accessible via local bus routes, with good parking available nearby. We offer year-round work and are you get Christmas day off.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering warm, genuine service on the bar and restaurant floor
- Serving food and drinks to a high standard
- Keeping the venue clean, organised and running smoothly
- Working closely with the team during busy services
What we’re looking for:
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Reliable and comfortable working on your feet for long periods
- Confident in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and strong teamwork
- Previous hospitality experience welcomed but not essential (full training provided)
