Duties

- Build strong rapport with clients through excellent communication and attentive service
- Manage appointment bookings efficiently and ensure timely service delivery
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge to enhance client experiences
Experience
- Proven experience as a beauty therapist with a portfolio of work demonstrating your skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide clear advice
- Ability to work independently as a self-employed professional while maintaining high standards of service
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to beauty treatments is preferred
