Most of your calls will be outbound, calling people who've already reached out to us about a claim. You'll also handle some inbound enquiries. Either way, you'll listen to their situation, talk them through what's possible, and help them take the next step.
It's a sales role, and it's a caring role. You'll need both.
The role
- Mostly outbound calls to warm leads - plus some inbound enquiries
- Listen properly, ask the right questions, explain things simply
- Hit clear conversion targets through genuine, helpful conversations
- Two-shift rotation (an earlier shift and a later shift, alternating weekly), some weekend working on rota

You like talking to people. You don't take "no" personally -& you're curious about what's behind it. You like having goals to work towards, and you welcome the coaching and support that helps you reach them. You ask the second and third question, not just the first. And you can take something complicated and explain it, so anyone gets it.
