The Role
This is a vital position within the hotel. You will be responsible for creating an exceptional first impression by ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms to an exceptional standard.
- Change bed linen and replenish guest amenities.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of corridors, lounges, stairways and other public areas.
- Assist with washing, drying and folding hotel linen.
- Occasionally provide basic kitchen support or assist with simple food preparation when required.
- Report any maintenance issues promptly to ensure the hotel remains in excellent condition.
What We're Looking For
- An Eye for Detail – You take pride in delivering immaculate standards.
- Excellent Work Ethic – Reliable, punctual and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Experience – Previous hotel or commercial cleaning experience is preferred; however, a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
- Professional Communication – Friendly and approachable when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Physically Fit – Comfortable with the physical demands of housekeeping, including lifting, vacuuming and changing beds.
