General Assistant /Caretaker/Handyperson.
Approx. 40-45 hrs per week.
Start 8am to 5.30pm
Monday to Saturday via rota. Sundays when required

We are seeking an honest, trustworthy, and proactive individual to join our facilities team. You will play an essential part in keeping our properties safe, secure, and beautifully presented. This role covers standalone properties, several business centres facilities across Middlesbrough and Thornaby
Key Responsibilities and what to expect, you will be:
- Safely opening and closing of business centre.
- Good time keeping is essential.
- Playing an essential part in maintaining the high presentation standards of the properties operated and maintained by ourselves which covers stand alone properties, several business centres.
- Property Maintenace, Carry out maintenance which can involve joinery, plumbing, ground works, painting, roof repairs and other similar duties. If you have D.I.Y experience this is advantageous in these fields.
- Safely assembling scaffold towers and working at height.
- Willing to learn new skills, take and follow instructions.
- Willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in with cleaning throughout the premises, kitchens, toilets,common areas and external grounds of the properties.
- Willing to adapt and carry out various duties (training will be given when and where needed).
- Car transport required to travel between various sites.

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- Commercial cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
