About the Role
We are a fast-growing Beauty retail and franchise business with an expanding network of salons. We are looking for a highly organised, commercially minded and proactive Operations & Commercial Executive to work closely with our Managing Director and play a key role in the day-to-day running and growth of the business.
This is a varied role covering operations, sales, franchise support, customer service, marketing support, procurement and administration.
This is not a traditional admin role.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership, think commercially, use common sense and work things out independently.
Sales & Commercial
A significant part of the role will involve following up and converting sales opportunities.
You will:
- Follow up online sales leads
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Build rapport and understand customer requirements
- Confidently present our offering and handle questions
- Follow up prospects who don't initially respond
- Book appointments and meetings
- Maintain accurate lead records
- Move prospects through the sales process
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue
- Support the MD with commercial opportunities
You must be comfortable picking up the phone and selling.
We are not looking for someone who simply enters a lead into a CRM and considers the job complete. We want someone who thinks:
"This is a potential customer — what can I do to convert them?"
Operations & Business Support
- Updating and maintaining our POS system
- Updating internal systems and records
- Supporting Area managers with operational requirements
- Ensuring processes are followed correctly
- Identifying and resolving operational issues
- Procuring salon supplies and operational items
- Liaising with suppliers
- Managing administrative tasks across the business
- Booking and coordinating meetings
- Supporting the MD with projects and priorities
- Taking ownership of ad-hoc tasks as they arise
Salon Growth & Marketing Support
Supporting the growth of our salons is a key part of the role.
You will:
- Support site managers with marketing activity
- Coordinate marketing requests
- Review and approve social media reels and content
- Help identify opportunities to increase customer numbers
- Support local salon marketing initiatives
- Follow up on actions and ensure they are completed
- Think commercially about whether marketing activity is actually achieving its objective
Franchise Partner Support
Our franchise partners are an important part of our growth strategy.
You will:
- Liaise with franchise partners on administrative and operational matters
- Provide timely support and follow-up
- Help franchisees with systems and processes
- Book franchise meetings
- Coordinate actions and follow-ups
- Ensure franchise partners receive the support they need
- Build strong professional relationships with franchisees
- Escalate important issues to the MD when required

No Two Days Will Be The Same
This is a fast-growing business, and the role will change from day to day.
One day you may be following up sales leads, the next supporting an area manager, ordering supplies, dealing with a franchise partners, reviewing marketing content or helping the MD with an urgent commercial project.
You need to be comfortable switching between priorities without losing control of what needs to be done.
There won't always be a rigid structure or a checklist.
That's part of what makes the role interesting.
Office-Based - Uxbridge
This is a Monday–Friday, 5-day-a-week office-based role.
Working closely with the MD and wider team is an important part of the position. You will need to learn our systems, processes, culture and way of operating quickly and become someone the business can rely on.

Who This Role Is For
This role will suit someone who has ambition and wants more than a standard office job, with growth potential within a fast growing salon brand
You may already be working in operations, sales, retail management, account management, franchise support, business administration or a similar fast-paced environment.
You don't necessarily need experience in every area listed above.
What matters most is how you think, how quickly you learn, how much ownership you take and whether you have the commercial instinct to make things happen.
If you are the person who sees something that needs doing and gets on with it, picks up the phone rather than sending another email, follows things through and genuinely cares about getting the right outcome
Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
