Service Coordinator:
Security Installation Services Limited (SIS) is a company serving clients in the Greater London area. Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate engineers' diaries, scheduling appointments and service visits efficiently.
- Organise and allocate service jobs, ensuring work is completed within agreed timescales.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates, responding to enquiries, and delivering excellent customer service.
- Order equipment, parts, and materials required for service jobs, ensuring availability when needed.
- Liaise with engineers, suppliers, and customers to ensure service work is completed smoothly.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, appointments, and completed work.
- Monitor outstanding jobs and proactively follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Support the service team with general administrative duties and process improvements.
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and scheduling or service management systems.
- A proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a service coordination, scheduling, or administrative role is preferred.
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position, working 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
The successful candidate will be expected to work consistently during these hours to support the day-to-day coordination of the service department. Flexibility to provide occasional additional cover during busy periods or staff holidays would be advantageous but is not essential.
