REGISTERED NURSING HOME MANAGER

Westin Care Home is a 52-bed registered nursing home in Whitchurch, providing high-quality nursing, residential, dementia and end-of-life care. We are seeking an experienced, motivated and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our dedicated team and drive excellence across the service.

About the Role
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day management of the home, ensuring exceptional care is delivered in line with CQC regulations and best practice. You will inspire your team, promote a positive culture, and strive for continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to take the next step.
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
- Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.
- A genuine passion for delivering person-centred care.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to achieve).
- NMC registration is desirable but not essential.
