Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and experienced Multi-Skilled Handyman to join our growing team. The role involves carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair works across residential and commercial properties throughout the Midlands and Northern regions.
Initially, travel will be via a car-sharing arrangement with another team member. A full UK driving licence is essential, as a company vehicle may be provided in the future.
- General property maintenance and repairs
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Basic electrical works (non-certified)
- Painting and decorating
- Carpentry and joinery repairs
- Lock, door, and window repairs
- Flooring and tiling repairs
- Installing fixtures and fittings
- Recycling and Domestic waste removals
- Basic slabbing
- Jet washing, carpet cleaning and gutter cleaning ( can be trained on )
- Identifying maintenance issues and recommending solutions
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service
- Completing job reports and taking photographs where required
- Travelling to sites across the Midlands and Northern England
Salary £29,500 - 40 hours per week including travel, increase following performance review
Pay: £29,500.00 per year
