Purpose of the role:
As Spa Therapist, you will ensure all treatments are carried out to the highest standard and exceed guest expectations.
Duties and Key Responsibilities:
- Perform treatments to the expected time and standard trained
- Exhibit excellent product knowledge and meet retail targets
- Stock control - manage trollies to ensure all stock is present to perform treatments each day and upkeep cleanliness
- Exhibit excellent treatment knowledge to upsell bookings
- Work closely with other team members to ensure continuity with treatments
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness within the treatment rooms
- Liaise with guests in a professional and friendly manner at all times
Key Requirements:
· Essential
o Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy equivalent
o Minimum of 6 months industry experience
o Ability to deal with difficult guests
o Work under pressure
o Active listening and effective communication competencies
o Excellent customer service skills and a true passion for making others feel better
o Building relationships and creating a caring, trusted environment for staff and guests
o Flexibility and availability to work evening, weekend and bank holidays where required
