Responsibilities
- Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable treatments or enhancements
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace adhering to health and safety standards at all times
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently using social media management tools and front desk systems to maximize client flow
- Upsell additional services such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, or deep tissue massage to enhance the guest experience
- Deliver outstanding guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client needs promptly
- Assist with managing social media accounts to promote services, special offers, and build community engagement
Skills
- Strong management skills to handle appointments, inventory, and client records effectively
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and collaborate with team members seamlessly
- Proven customer service experience with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Experience in social media management for marketing and brand promotion purposes
- Skilled in eyelash extensions, makeup application, barbering techniques, or deep tissue massage is a plus
- Knowledge of hospitality principles to ensure guests feel comfortable and valued throughout their visit
- Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining integrity and client trust
