What You'll Be Doing
As a Trainee Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face and welcoming voice of South Causey Inn. No previous experience is required – we'll provide all the training you need.
Your role will include:
- Welcoming guests with a warm and professional smile
- Checking guests in and out of the hotel
- Answering telephone and email enquiries
- Assisting with bookings and reservations
- Providing information about our facilities and local attractions
- Supporting the reception and management team with daily tasks
- Creating memorable experiences for our guests
