This Volunteer role will be based at our Superstore Charity shop - St Catherine's Hospice Superstore, 37-43 Queensway, Crawley, RH10 1EG.

We’re looking for Volunteer Admins to support with the running of our superstore by helping to ensure things run smoothly behind the scenes!
Your skills will help us deliver an exceptional experience to our customers and supporters. From arranging delivery and collection slots to processing gift-aid forms, your attention to detail will make a real difference. You’ll be the go-to person for handling Christmas card orders, researching unique items, and keeping our internal post flowing like clockwork.
What you will be doing:
- Arranging the delivery and collection slots for customers (over the phone or via our booking system)
- Processing gift-aid forms
- Assisting with any research for unique items
- Process Christmas card orders
- Process and organise internal post
- Respond to queries
- Ensuring the area is always kept clean and tidy
What skills you need:
- Good IT skills
- Good communication skills
- Someone who enjoys being part of a team
- Commitment to undertake any training required for the role including a mixture of face-to-face training and e-learning as required for the role

What training must I do?:
Your manager will help you complete our Retail Handbook manager on your first shift. You may also be required to complete some e-learning linked to your role.
