About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated and organised Site Installation Manager to join our Stirling team. This is a key role where you will oversee installations from initial planning to final handover on our contract sites across Central Scotland.
You'll be responsible for coordinating installation teams and subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the exceptional standards our customers expect.
What We’re Looking For
The successful candidate will be an experienced installation professional with a strong background in the KBB, construction, or home improvement sector. You will be a confident leader who can coordinate multiple projects, build strong relationships with clients and contractors, and ensure installations are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
You will also have:
- 3-5 years' experience in a site installation, contracts management or project management role.
- The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and installation specifications.
- Relevant Health & Safety qualifications (SMSTS, SSSTS, ECS, or equivalent).
- Experience managing installation teams and subcontractors.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
- A sound knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, including RAMS and CDM requirements.
- A commitment to quality, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction.
- A full UK driving licence.
