Job Summary: We are seeking experienced and customer-oriented Bar Staff to join our team. As a member of our bar staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and creating a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. Responsibilities: - Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly and accurately - Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks, and other beverages according to recipes - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Restock bar supplies as needed - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations - Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating needs and addressing any concerns or complaints - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations Qualifications: - Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices - Excellent hospitality skills with a friendly and outgoing personality - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Bartending experience is a plus We offer competitive pay rates, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
