Sales and customer service representative required to make a large volume of sales calls on a daily basis selling laundry services into hotels, timeshares etc.
To identify and obtain appointments from a variety of sources including cold calling and telemarketing
Carry out handover meetings with the sales and operations team on successful contracts and keep building your relationship with your client.
You must have an excellent telephone manner and well-developed customer service skills, with experience of outbound sales calling.
You must be numerate and IT literate, and well organised
This role will suit someone with high levels of energy, who is extremely self-motivated.
You need to be comfortable working within the leisure industry, preferably with industry experience. You must be comfortable working on your own and structuring your own workload.
16-20 hours per week, flexible working hours. Rate per hour £15.98. Driving licence essential. You will be based in our office in Glenrothes.
