Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. In this role, you will be responsible for performing thorough cleaning tasks across various commercial spaces, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces in designated areas
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms by sanitizing fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygiene standards are met
- Clear trash bins and dispose of waste according to established procedure.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning activities to the supervisor promptly
- Adhere to cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of all duties
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
