Warehouse Operative – Goods Out
Location: Portsmouth
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:30pm
Salary: Negotiable subject to experience
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our busy Goods Out team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is physically fit, and is eager to develop new skills.
Working alongside and supporting the Goods Out Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and despatched accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Using our Warehouse Management System **NetSuite** and handheld scanners, your duties will include:
- Accurately picking and packing customer orders.
- Processing sales orders through various courier portals.
- Loading and unloading lorries safely and efficiently.
- Replenishing warehouse stock locations.
- Carrying out inventory and stock counts.
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy, productivity, and housekeeping.
- Supporting the wider warehouse team whenever requirred

The ideal candidate will:
- Be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
- Have a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
- Be reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Have excellent attention to detail and pride in their work.
- Be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Be confident using computers and willing to learn new warehouse systems.
- Must hold valid rights to work in the UK.
Desirable Skills
A valid forklift licence Counterbalance or Flexi/Bendi would be an advantage but is not essential.
For the right candidate, we are happy to provide full forklift training and certification, along with ongoing development opportunities.
