Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our dedicated team at Marian House Care Home. In this role, you will provide essential support to our residents, Your contributions will be vital in ensuring a high quality of life for those we serve.
The appointed person will require the following Skills and Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this very special Home.
- Previous experience in a care environment would be an advantage.
- Ensuring all care is delivered to a high standard, and documented within the residents' care plan.
- Provide interest and activities to stimulate and engage the residents.
- Contributing to record keeping.
- Personal care - assisting the residents with number of tasks, such as getting into and out of bed, washing, bathing and dressing, or, where necessary, providing continence support.
- Responsible for helping residents to manage their medication after the appropriate training has been provided.
- Become someone the residents can talk to and is a good listener.
Applicant for this position must have previous relevant experience, posses strong interpersonal skills and be able to have a clear DBS check. Candidate must have the right to work in the UK.
Pay: £13.15 per hour
