Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Venue Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Hotel & Bar in Lancaster. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the venue.
- Lead, motivate, and manage staff to deliver outstanding guest services.
- Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Oversee cleanliness, maintenance, and organisation of the venue environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event delivery and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven management experience within a hospitality environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest services and resolve issues promptly.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
