Totus Care Ltd is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Corby, supporting a female client with variant care needs to live a safe, independent, and fulfilling life.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Aged 25 years or over (required for insurance purposes).
- Willingness to provide personal care with dignity, respect, and compassion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a professional care team.
Desirable Requirements
- Knowledge or experience of British Sign Language (BSL) or other sign language is highly desirable but not a must.
- Previous experience supporting people with complex health or communication needs.

Your Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, you will:
- Provide high-quality, person-centred support.
- Deliver personal care respectfully and in accordance with the individual's care plan.s.
- Assist with medication where required.
- Encourage community access, social activities, hobbies, and meaningful engagement.
- Support communication, including the use of sign language where appropriate.
- Promote independence while ensuring safety and wellbeing.
- Complete accurate daily records and report any concerns in line with company policies.
