Position Overview
We are seeking an exceptionally experienced, discreet, and highly professional Live-In Carer & Personal Assistant to support an Ultra-High Net Worth (UHNW) individual within a beautiful, private residential setting.
This is a unique opportunity for an individual who understands the standards, discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail expected when working within a luxury private household.
You will be based in a large, beautifully appointed private residence with several bedrooms, extensive grounds, and exceptional leisure facilities. The household is highly private, with only three people residing in the property, creating a calm, exclusive and personal working environment.
The property includes:
- A private swimming pool
- On-site gym
- Sauna and steam room
- Extensive, beautifully maintained gardens
- Multiple bedrooms and spacious private living areas
- High-end private household facilities
The successful candidate will also be required to travel occasionally throughout Europe and the United States with the client, providing continuity of care and personal assistance while maintaining the same exceptional standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
The role will combine high-level personal assistance with attentive, professional live-in care and household support.
Responsibilities may include:
- Providing discreet, respectful and professional personal care and day-to-day support
- Assisting the client with their daily routine and personal requirements
- Acting as a highly organised and dependable personal assistant
- Managing appointments, schedules, travel arrangements and daily logistics
- Accompanying the client on domestic and international travel when required
- Supporting the client during travel throughout Europe and the United States
- Maintaining exceptional standards of presentation, organisation and service
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion
- Liaising professionally with household staff, private service providers and external professionals
- Anticipating the client’s needs and providing proactive support
- Assisting with personal errands and lifestyle-related tasks
- Maintaining a calm, respectful and professional presence within the home
- Responding appropriately to changing requirements while maintaining confidentiality at all times
Essential Experience & Skills
The successful candidate will have substantial experience working in luxury private households, UHNW/HNW environments, private care, executive support, or similarly high-expectation settings.

- Ultra-High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs)
- High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs)
- Luxury private clients
- Private families and estates
- VIPs or executive clients
- Luxury hotels, yachts, aviation or other premium hospitality environments
- Private healthcare or specialist care settings
You should demonstrate exceptional discretion, emotional intelligence, reliability, communication skills and attention to detail.
Experience of working within a live-in position and/or travelling internationally with a client would be highly advantageous.

International Travel
The successful candidate must be comfortable with occasional international travel, including throughout Europe and the United States.
Travel will be undertaken as required by the client and may involve accompanying the client for extended periods in first class or private jet. A valid passport and the appropriate ability to travel internationally are therefore essential.
