The ideal candidate takes genuine pride in their workmanship and shares our commitment to delivering exceptional quality and outstanding customer service.
What you’ll be doing:
- Carrying out a wide range of multi-trade works across reinstatement and restoration projects, consistently delivering work to a high standard.
- From initial repairs to final touches, you’ll use your carpentry skills to rebuild homes and restore hope.
- Working on a range of projects including domestic homes, commercial properties and Grade ll listed buildings
- Ensuring finished work meets high standards of accuracy, alignment, and durability.
- Working professionally in customers’ homes and properties, maintaining a clean and respectful working environment.
- Travelling to client sites within a 70-mile radius of our Redditch office.
What we’re looking for:
- At least 3 years’ experience as a professional Joiner
- A skilled Multi-Trades Professional with a proven ability to complete all works to a commercial-quality finish.
- Strong attention to detail with pride in your workmanship.
- A full UK driving license.
- A customer-focused attitude with clear communication and a willingness to go the extra mile.
