Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista and All Rounder to join our team at Rosarios. Candidates need to be available a minimum of 1 year. This role is vital in ensuring our customers enjoy a memorable experience through excellent service and quality beverages. Join us in bringing a touch of Italy to our local community.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages according to company standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards across the cafe.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service.
- Handle cash register operations and transactions accurately.
- Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a barista or in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management skills to handle busy service periods.
