We're looking for an Associate Partner, Commercial Valuations to join our London team.
This is an exciting opportunity to help grow our Commercial Valuations business, working alongside an experienced Partner to develop client relationships, win new instructions, and support the expansion of our team.
Our clients include major clearing banks, challenger lenders, developers, local authorities, landed estates, schools, universities, accountants, and solicitors. We undertake valuations across industrial, office, retail, residential, educational, and leisure assets for loan security, acquisition and disposal, tax, and financial reporting purposes.

What You'll Be Doing
- Work within the existing valuation team in London, providing valuations for loan security (vacant possession and investment), internal decision-making purposes, tax and financial reporting purposes.
- Carry out inspections, calculating floor and site areas, comparable research, demographic and economic research, planning and statutory enquiries, company trading analysis, lease reading and summarising, development / option agreement reading and reviewing, preparation of valuations / development appraisals
- Contribution to the growth of the business by identifying new business opportunities across the Commercial valuation sector.
- Financial and client reporting.
- Delivery of valuation reports in accordance with client instructions and RICS Valuation Standards.
We cover the whole of South East region and report on a wide range of properties including:
- Residential development (Greenfield / brownfield development sites and redevelopment of existing buildings, including permitted development rights projects)
- Viability assessments for developers and local authorities
- Commercial and mixed use developments
Essential Experience & Skills
- RICS registered valuer or working towards
- MRICS or FRICS
- Good working knowledge of relevant legislation
- Adheres to the RICS Rules of Conduct or relevant professional body where appropriate
- Competent with MS Office
- Full UK driving licence
- ARGUS Enterprise and Developer experience and Kel.
