Duties
- Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, and estate planning documents
- Advising clients on inheritance tax planning and wealth management strategies
- Managing probate applications and estate administration processes efficiently
- Negotiating terms and agreements with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties
- Ability to support and mentor juniors as required
Experience
- Proven experience as a Private Client Solicitor, with at least 5 years' PQE
- Strong understanding of estate law, inheritance tax regulations, trusts, and probate
- Demonstrable negotiation skills with the ability to secure favourable agreements
- Excellent organisational skills & time management
- Experience with mentoring junior colleagues is desirable
- Previous experience working with high-net-worth individuals is desirable
