Shift: 13:00 - 01:00 Tuesday to Saturday.
We are seeking a proactive and reliable individual to join our team, responsible for addressing fare evasion and ticketless travel issues while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for passengers. The role involves managing occasional anti-social behaviour, providing high quality customer assistance, and supporting GA staff as required. You will liaise with the British Transport Police when necessary and play a key role in managing sensitive situations, including incidents involving vulnerable or suicidal individuals. This is a dynamic position where no two shifts are the same, requiring confidence, professionalism, and the ability to respond effectively to any issues that may arise
Any Incidents should be reported to Control and relevant departments with a written log completed on their work device.
Any accepted staff will receive full Induction Training with an SIA accredited SIA Trainer
