Role Overview
As one of our Procurement Co-ordinators you will be responsible for providing day-to-day Ordering and Logistics administration and co-ordinating activities. Working with our Procurement Team, this will involve proactively following up with tasks and showing good initiative when overcoming challenges.
This role will involve liaising with other members of the Operations and Sales teams, Westbase.io suppliers, and customers.

The Role in Practice
Your primary focus will be:
- Placing orders and ensuring that order acknowledgements reflect the terms of the order.
- Arrange, manage and coordinate incoming and expected shipments, e.g. arrange collection and paperwork associated to the type of goods and location.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing communications to and from our suppliers and internal teams in a clear and professional manner ensuring requirements are fully understood and appropriately met.
- Ensuring item accuracy on internal systems.
- Act as the interface between Sales and Operations to ensure that our customers receive their orders on time and as requested.
- Update estimated receipt dates on existing Purchase Orders on a weekly basis.

- Highly proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (NetSuite would be an advantage).
- Strong communication skills, able to deliver excellent service to our customers.
- 3 years Ordering and/or Logistics Administration experience, preferably in a Technology Distributor.
- Experience using an ERP/MRP system, NetSuite an advantage.
