CS Paving & Surfacing is a growing paving, surfacing and grab hire company looking for an organised and proactive Office Administrator & Sales Coordinator to join our team.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, keeping things organised and helping a business grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and emails
- Manage customer enquiries and bookings
- Schedule grab lorries and deliveries
- Prepare, send and follow up quotations
- Update customer records and job schedules
- Assist with social media and online reviews
- General office administration duties
- Input information into CRM systems
The Ideal Candidate
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident speaking on the telephone and use email
- Well organised and able to multitask
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel etc.)
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Previous administration, sales or customer service experience preferred
- Construction industry experience beneficial but not essential
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
